Intraser Sociedad de Tasación (Internacional de Transacciones y Servicios S.A). Certified since 1999, under number ER-0531/2/99.

Intraser Servicios Hipotecarios (Informes, Trámites y Servicios, S.A.) certified under 2000, under number ER-0802/2000.

Likewise, and in due compliance with the demands of the Bank of Spain concerning independence of client care services (Orden ECO/734/2004), claims are dealt with by a structure that is organically removed from the commercial section, in order to ensure a swift and objective solution.

All damages that we may cause through our professional services are duly covered through civil liability policies with coverage up to 3 million euros.
