INTRASER, (Internacional de Transacciones y Servicios S.A.) began its activity in 1983, as a property service company that specialises in the banking sector. In 1987, as a consequence of its expansion, it became Intraser Sociedad de Tasación and was registered with the Bank of Spain’s special register under number 4,328. The company’s main activity focuses on the appraisal of assets for the mortgage market.

 
Intraser Servicios Hipotecarios was launched in 1992; a company that engages in the outsourcing of all banking procedures concerning the mortgage loan through its own technical and human resources.

In 2000, Intraser Gestores Asociados was incorporated, a company that focuses its activity on the formalisation of mortgage transactions through an efficient network of affiliated administrative agencies.

Intraser Servicios Legales was launched in 2004, for the purpose of providing banks and financial institutions with legal advice concerning all aspects related to their activity, with a special emphasis on mortgage execution procedures.

Over the years, INTRASER has consolidated itself as the only group of companies capable of integrating an all-encompassing service from within its own structures. In mortgage transactions this service comprises the following: The valuation of the property, analysis of the transaction, the signing and subsequent stages of payment of taxes and registration in  the property register, as well as mortgage foreclosure in the event of non-payment of the debt.

An annual average of one hundred thousand operations carried out using large-scale technological support and a highly qualified team is proof indeed of our reliability and experience. This has encouraged us to place the quality of our services at the disposal of companies and individuals in general, with notable success, in the fields of alien status and the administration of traffic fines. This led to the incorporation in 2004 of Intraser Servicios y Medios, in order to provide a more effective response to these activities and offer foreigners’ services as well as those of Intraser Abogados (legal division).

INTRASER is a dynamic and solid group that is open to new business challenges, like the recently incorporated Aedes Rent, a firm that engages in the leasing of business premises and housing, regardless of whether the property belongs to the group or third parties.
