INTRASER, in collaboration with different academic institutions, has a training programme through periodic paid work experience in the distinct service areas of the group. This gives graduates who lack professional experience the opportunity to join us. Once each programme finalises, the majority of those that have taken part are hired by our organisation.

Current work experience programmes:

• Law graduates: Paid work experience in the areas of civil, commercial, labour and alien law.
• Law graduates: Paid work experience in the area of mortgage and land registry law.
• Psychology graduates. Paid work experience in the Human Resources Department.
• Architects and building surveyors: Paid work experience in the area of property valuation.
