The group companies currently employ around 1,000 professionals, of which around 400 have work contracts.

Our philosophy is based on providing our staff with a framework of maximum stability,  converting INTRASER into "their company". In turn, the group guarantees financial expectations and professional promotion and this leads to minimal staff turnover.

INTRASER holds collaboration agreements with universities and business training centres in order to incorporate promising young men and women to our structures and provide them with the training and experience that guarantees our future.
