The INTRASER services are provided by using the most innovative means developed through the research work carried out by our own Technology and Systems Department, and a policy of ongoing investment, which targets 20% of our budget to R&D every year.

Breakdown of means:

• Twin Data Processing Centre; a main one and a back-up one, located at different offices to ensure service continuity in the face of any contingency (fire, flood, power cut, etc.).

• Business premises: 21 own offices with an average surface area of 300 square metres. The head offices in Madrid boast 2,000 square metres.

• Latest generation work stations with a closed videoconference system and interconnected through fibre optic networks.

• Data protection: Data is stored on IBM i Series 400 servers, fitted with all security systems to prevent information loss or improper access. The files used are registered with the Data Protection Register in due compliance with the provisions set forth in Law 15/99.

• Corporate intranet for our agencies and outside collaborators, using broad band communication lines. 

• Our own web servers, with 128-bits data encryption technology (certified by VeriSign).

• Own software development for all of our business lines.

• The support required to work with documentation and the electronic signature.

• Facilities to enable the end client to carry out transactions online: Data enquiries, records and documents, information transfer, e-commerce, etc.
