La recuperación actual del mercado inmobiliario, ha puesto de manifiesto la necesidad de ofrecer servicios de valoración inmobiliaria del más alto nivel, es decir, servicios profesionales con capacidad de reaccionar rápidamente a las exigencias de los agentes involucrados en el sector, como bancos, inversores, sociedades, organismos oficiales o particulares.

A este "boom" hay que añadirle los rígidos cambios acontecidos en el panorama nacional e internacional, con la introducción de la moneda única europea, y el desarrollo de los fondos inmobiliarios en España. Estos factores, junto con la buena marcha de la economía española, han venido incrementando el interés de los inversores europeos y americanos por el sector inmobiliario español.

El aumento de la transparencia de los activos corporativos, junto con el crecimiento orgánico de la Bolsa Española, han animado a inversores internacionales a destinar parte importante de sus carteras a inversiones en España.

The current upturn in the Spanish property market has highlighted the need for quality property valuers, who are able to react rapidly to the specific needs of all those involved in the sector, be the investors, banks, companies or private individuals.

This recovery has been added to by the rapidly changing national and international scenario, with the introduction of the European single currency and the creation of new iniciatives such as Property Investment Funds. These changes, together with the improvement in the Spanish economy, have led to increased investor confidence, and the influx of funds from both European and American investors.

The increased transparency of corporate accets, linked to the organic growth in the Spanish stock exchange, has encouraged investors to dedicate substantial parts of their portfolio to Spanish property investments.
