The current upturn in the Spanish property market has highlighted the need for quality property valuers, who are able to react rapidly to the specific needs of all those involved in the sector, be the investors, banks, companies or private individuals. This recovery has been added to by the rapidly changing national and international scenario, with the introduction of the European single currency and the creation of new iniciatives such as Property Investment Funds. These changes, together with the improvement in the Spanish economy, have led to increased investor confidence, and the influx of funds from both European and American investors.
